Marvin Lumbard is a professional Engineer and Project Manager who has been working in the Semiconductor Packaging and Mechanical Design fields in the Silicon Valley for over 30 years. The last 27 years was with Osram Opto Semiconductors and Siemens Microelectronics where he held the responsibility of Manager of Design Engineering. He is the author and holder of 11 patents in the Semiconductor packaging and OLED design fields.
